A potent and highly sip-able serving of Cordyceps mushroom in a golden milk base.
Golden milk is a traditional drink of India that combines turmeric, milk, and warming spices. It's a delicious and comforting way to enjoy the benefits of turmeric and is sometimes called "bedtime milk" for its relaxing (but not sedative) qualities. The bright gold color of turmeric inspired us to create a golden milk that includes cordyceps, a golden colored mushroom traditionally known for its rejuvenative and strengthening properties. We've created a silky drink powder that stirs into water for an easy golden milk cordyceps latte. It's also delicious swirled into coconut curry, oatmeal masala cookies, and smoothies.
Cordy Chai contains only organically cultivated 100% fruiting body extract of Cordyceps militaris. We never include grain-grown mycelium which means that no fillers or starches are present (ingredients in mushroom products that sometimes go unlabeled). The cordyceps is concentrated 10:1 and third-party tested to ensure the presence of the active compound cordycepin, at least 20% beta-glucans, as well as third-party tested for microbial, pesticide, and heavy metals contaminants. Our coconut milk powder contains no additional fillers, gums, or starches, only 100% coconut.
To make: Place 1.5 Tablespoons in a mug and stir while adding 6-8 ounces of hot water. Sweeten to taste.
